However, we do not accept responsibility for any losses resulting from information on our website or in-store. While we promptly correct errors or inaccuracies when notified, we provide no warranty for information on our website or in our store.

Pricing

Although we make efforts to ensure accurate pricing on our website, occasional errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, the order will be treated as canceled, and a full refund will be issued. We reserve the right to withdraw incorrectly priced goods from sale.

Payments

We accept credit card or debit card payments, both online and in our stores. Acceptable cards include Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Delta, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron. Goods

We assure that all goods supplied by Motooro Limited  comply in all material respects with their description and are of satisfactory quality. The goods will be fit for the stated purpose or any reasonable purpose you use them for, and free from material defects in design or workmanship.

Goods warranty

 

All goods are covered by a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise specified. After 30 days from the purchase date, faulty goods will be repaired or replaced. In the case of minor faults, a repair will be offered; for more serious faults, an exchange will be provided, subject to availability. We reserve the right to have faulty goods inspected by our suppliers, ensuring a quick resolution.

Refund Policy

 

Refunds are not issued for non-faulty goods purchased in our stores. Within 30 days, exchanges or gift vouchers to the original purchase value may be issued for items returned with original tags in perfect condition. Proof of purchase must be provided, and consumer law stipulates that goods cannot be returned for a refund based on size, color, fit, or change of mind.

Orders and Order Confirmation

 

All orders must be fully paid at the time of placing the order, not at the time of dispatch. A confirmation email is sent for all orders placed.

Deliveries

 

Orders are processed and dispatched within seven working days. Delivery charges are based on the weight of goods and your delivery address, displayed during the checkout process.

Returns

Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with tags, and in their original packaging.
