Delivery

Enjoy Free UK Delivery on all orders over £50 to any UK address with Motooro Limited.

Our commitment is to deliver your products within 1-3 working days. We utilize reliable services such as Royal Mail and DPD for deliveries to current EU destinations, other European countries, and most worldwide locations. Please note that Motooro Limited is not accountable for any taxes or additional charges imposed by the customer's country for the importation of the order. For information on potential charges, please contact your country's customs office.

Damaged items

If items are visibly damaged in transit, it is advisable not to accept them. Once signed for, the responsibility for the item transfers to the customer, and we cannot be held responsible for damage discovered after acceptance. While delivery times for non-UK destinations may vary, we strive to deliver all international orders within 3-10 working days. Delivery costs for non-UK addresses will be calculated at the checkout. Returns

If you find the need to return your order, complete the enclosed returns form and include it with the returned item within 30 days of receipt. Items cannot be refunded after this period.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and the parcel until it arrives at our facility. We recommend using recorded delivery. Returned goods must be clean, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all stickers, tags, and relevant user information intact. We reserve the right to refuse items not in a resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that used helmets, earplugs, used pin locks, used clothing, base layers, and underwear are non-returnable. Any items returned without adhering to this policy will be sent back to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued against your original payment method, this will reach your account within 3 - 5 working days of receiving your return. You will receive an email notification once your order has been refunded. Exchanges will be processed as indicated by you in your returns form. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via phone or email.
